This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Hyper Dev Ltd ("Company") for the use of the software application(s) developed by Hyper Dev Ltd, which may include mobile applications, desktop applications, or any other software applications (collectively referred to as the "Application(s)").

1. Use of Official Apple Payment Processor

The Application(s) developed by Hyper Dev Ltd utilize the official Apple payment processor for any in-app purchases or subscriptions. This means that all financial transactions, including the purchase of subscriptions, are subject to Apple's payment processing terms and conditions.

2. Autorenew Subscriptions and Cancellation

Autorenew subscriptions can be managed and canceled through the iTunes Account settings on your Apple device. Please refer to Apple's official guidelines for instructions on how to manage and cancel your subscriptions.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments for the Application(s) are processed and handled by Apple in accordance with their policies and terms. In the event that you seek a refund, you must follow Apple's refund guide, which can be found on the Apple website or in the Application(s).

4. Customer Support and Updates

Hyper Dev Ltd is committed to providing free customer support and free updates for the Application(s) during the life of the application. We strive to ensure that you have the best possible user experience, and we are here to assist you with any questions or issues you may encounter.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Hyper Dev Ltd reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions outlined herein. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application(s) and uninstall them from your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application(s) are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hyper Dev Ltd be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application(s) or any information provided by the Application(s).

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hyper Dev Ltd is registered.
